2. Products

We manufacture and sell hand-poured scented candles and related home fragrance products.

Due to the handmade nature of our products:

  • Colours, finishes, and scent strength may vary slightly between batches
  • Minor imperfections may occur and are not considered faults
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only

Some of our products are made from natural soy wax. During use, soy wax may form a full liquid melt pool during use, which can appear deeper or more fluid than traditional candles. This is a normal characteristic and part of the candle's intended performance.

All products are subject to availability.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£)
  • We are not currently VAT registered
  • Prices may change at any time without notice

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

4. Orders

When you place an order:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email
  • This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order

A contract between you and us is formed only when your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud
  • Issue a full refund where necessary

5. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods available at checkout.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days.

  • Orders are shipped via standard UK courier services
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering.

7. Returns & Refunds

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with UK consumer law.

To initiate a return, customers must contact us via email or our website and provide:

  • Name
  • Contact details
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

We will then provide:

  • Return instructions
  • A return shipping label where appropriate

Returns must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original condition and packaging

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used candles
  • Custom or personalised products

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

8. Candle Safety & Use

Candles are an open flame product and must be used responsibly.

By purchasing from us, you agree to follow all safety instructions provided with the product.

Safety guidance includes:

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended
  • Keep away from children and pets
  • Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
  • Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each use
  • Always place the candle on a heat-resistant surface

We are not liable for damage or injury caused by misuse of our products.

9. Allergens & Sensitivities

Our candles contain fragrance oils which may include allergens.

Full allergen information is provided on product packaging in accordance with CLP regulations.

Customers with sensitivities should review this information before use.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Branding
  • Product names
  • Images
  • Written content

Is the property of The Wizard’s Tower Candle Company and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
